Overall Satisfaction with Act-On Software

We use Act-On Software to automate our email needs and review analytics. This helps streamline our project management processes while ensuring accurate data feedback. The software has a lot to offer with email, sms, landing pages, and crm connections. The software is very customizable which is helpful in using it for many needs.

Act-On Software has helped a lot in being able to multi-task projects while ensuring to provide accurate information and achieve time sensitive deadlines. The ability to build automated campaigns that run on their own based off specific triggers has allowed us to increase our marketing campaigns and customer communication. Being able to communicate with our rep and team, as well as the efficiency in their ai help bot, has solved any issues in a fast turn around.
Yes, it is a flexible tool because we can use our api calls for not only getting our data into Act-On Software, but also getting our data out of Act-On for any analysis needed.
This has been the best usability software I've used when it comes to email building and crm.

Act-On Software is well suited for needing to create multiple versions of an email because it offers dynamic content. Also, it has the ability to build landing pages for the emails so there's no need for the web team to build them if it's a last minute request or a one time use.
