Overall Satisfaction with Act-On Software

We mainly use Email blasts, scheduling, storing customer contact info and sales data, and data analytics.

Pros

  • Email Deliverability.
  • Reporting
  • Trigger Marketing/Drip Marketing Campaigns.
  • User Friendly.

Cons

  • The AI reporting feature could use some refining. Often, I get data or reports, and it's hard to know what it's measuring or which time frame.
  • Saved time.
  • Increased customer engagement.
  • Allowed to grow customer base through automated & bulk follow ups.
It is very simple to use. Although I had limited technical experience when I started using Act-On, I picked it up easily and eventually learned some basic HTML coding.
Act-On pairs better with our internal CRM and provides exactly what we need. The price is better, and the working relationship with Act-On has traditionally been a good one.
