- More flexibility for importing custom reports from Salesforce to ensure no information is inadvertently lost in the de-duplication process

- Time Savings - specifically the ability to clone emails and whole automated journeys. As a department of one, this is crucial for getting marketing campaigns up and running quickly.
I've worked in many email platforms over the course of my 20-year career. I can say for my specific needs, Act-On does everything I need it to do without the additional fluff or confusing interface of others.
Act-On has gone above and beyond to integrate seamlessly with my company's Salesforce platform. We have a custom-built process with many custom objects.
