Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use ActiveCampaign for all of my email marketing, onboarding, and automations. I send out broadcast emails with weekly blog posts.
- The onboarding is fantastic! I get up and running quickly.
- ActiveCampaign is very intuitive. I rarely have trouble finding what I need.
- Their customer service is as good as I've seen anywhere. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.
- I'd love for the CRM to have a task manager built-in. It's fantastic for deals and sales tracking and planning, but I'd love to have everyday tasks in there too.
- It has made me much more efficient.
- It has simplified and improved my communications with new clients.
- It has made delivering value to my clients way less time-consuming and overwhelming.
ActiveCampaign is more powerful and simpler than either of these.
