I am very satisfied with ActiveCampaign and I will continue to use their software forever because it's easy to use, everything is laid out neatly, email automation and sequences can be created very easily even for someone who has not done it before, and also their training material is good.

- Easy to use and user-friendly
- Easy email automations.
- Campaigns reports.
- Navigating between different areas within a section
- Following up with leads, therefore increasing conversion rates.
- Having omnipresence.
I feel that Activecampaign feels more user-friendly.
