As a small business owner, I use Active Campaign to communicate with my clients.

  • Excellent customer service.
  • For me, Active Campaign has all the features I need right now.

I've used Mailchimp and Constant Contact in the past. By far, ACs user-friendliness and automations won me over.

As a small business owner, I find that Active Campaign is perfectly suited for my needs. I used 2 previous email providers/CRMs before, and Active Campaign is the one I kept. I love the Goal Completions feature in automation, the drag, and drop interface CRM, the ability to grow my business, and use additional features.
