Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is the foremost tool I use to automate our marketing efforts. At first, I was hesitant to use it because I wasn't familiar with the dashboard and different tools. But over time, I've become very comfortable with it. It's great for managing our customer database. I could recommend other event planners use this service.

Pros

  • Email marketing.
  • Database management.
  • Lead Gen distribution.

Cons

  • Dashboard needs to read better. It's not as intuitive as I would like.
  • We are actually activating lead generation email marketing campaigns with the help of ActiveCampaign.
ActiveCampaign is best for marketing automation. The only way to make marketing successful is through its automation.
