Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign for sending my twice weekly newsletter and for creating automations for when people sign up for free downloads on my website. I also use ActiveCampaign automations for delivering my paid offers.

Pros

  • Email delivery is super fast!
  • I like how the automations are easy to customize and set up.
  • Email Templates are easy to set up.
  • Contacts are easy to navigate.

Cons

  • I would like to be able to hide the unsubscribes on the dashboard.
  • I would like forms to be more customizable.
  • I make the majority of my sales through my email campaigns in ActiveCampaign, so being able to have reliable deliverability is awesome!
I find ActiveCampaign really easy to navigate, and it is very clean and organized. I like that it isn't too overwhelming from a tech perspective.
  • Mailchimp Transactional Email (mandrill)
In my opinion, ActiveCampaign is wayyyy easier to use than MailChimp. It's easier to choose your lists and to resend to unopens.
