Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign as the core of our marketing. We've set up an elaborate system of automations that move customers through over a year's worth of content. Now we can focus on generating leads and the system we set up as ActiveCampaign does the selling for us. It's a great improvement over previous email marketing platforms we've used in the past. We're entrenched and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Pros
- Building conditional automations.
- Nice visual email editor.
- Tracking results.
Cons
- The email editor does not do a good job of Comand-Z for undoing steps.
- The "restore previous version" functionality is clunky.
- Advanced search limits to 5 filters on a given search.
- We're selling more.
- We're keeping customers engaged for longer and increasing lifetime value.
AC is WAY more flexible and powerful when setting up automations. That's why we migrated.
