Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I signed up for ActiveCampaign about two years ago, and to be honest did not fully start using it until about a year later. Now it is being used to assist our marketing team with welcoming new referral sources, retaining existing ones, and knowing when a referral source stops working with us. We are now able to stay on top of each person throughout their life cycle of working with us. ActiveCampaign is also going to help us with our customer retention program by implementing automated follow-ups and a personalized home services experience. Lastly, it helps us stay on top of important dates with our own team members. Birthdays, wedding anniversaries, company anniversaries, etc. are made easier by ActiveCampaign's reminder of the date and the customer fields we created.

The main thing I was looking for was a way to keep track of referral sources when they entered our sphere, continued to work with us, and then exited our sphere. I evaluated many systems to see which would best fit our exact needs, and almost all were built with a sales pipeline in mind. The nature of our business is not focused on the pipeline model and therefore many of the products I looked at did not fit our needs. HubSpot was the only one that seemed like it would do what we needed, but the cost was a huge barrier of entry to us. ActiveCampaign is well priced for what we get and currently fulfills our main need.
