Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

It is used by the Marketing Department for email automatons. It helps us send messages to our customers at the same time in each of their time zones. We use it for a welcome work flow to make sure we engage with users right away and are able to reduce time sending the same email.

Compared to HubSpot this is a lot better investment for your money. It has a lot of the same features but much less expensive. It is more intuitive and has a very helpful customer service team. The automation tools can do most of the basic functions and if you are looking for an option that is overall very good, this is it.
It makes sense for smaller businesses with not as many contacts needed to go through an automation. When you start working in large volumes you see more glitches and you must create more workarounds. But the user interface is intuitive and overall a good product. Excellent customer service from the reps and they are always there to help with any issues that come up.
