As an e-learning company, we are heavily relying on email marketing, and on ActiveCampaign's incredible automations feature to provide a personalized experience to each user. It also allows us to keep detailed information on each contact, so that we can segment and approach each person in a way that serves both them and us the best. Every person in our company learns how to use ActiveCampaign, as most functions in the business are based on ActiveCampaign, or at least have some part that is connected with it.
- Automations - this is the primary feature that got us to make the decision for ActiveCampaign.
- Integrations - ActiveCampaign is integrated with almost any service your company will use.
- Analytics - We love how ActiveCampaign allows us to understand so much about our customers and their behavior.
- Price - We think that it's a little higher-priced than some of its competitors. But, we've been more than happy to pay for it anyway!
- Ease of use - We are a highly technical team, so we can use all features of ActiveCampaign with no issues, but a little less tech savvy team would probably face some issues.
