We're using ActiveCampaign to communicate with our existing customers to inform them of updates and our monthly reports.
For soon-to-be customers we're using it to communicate value and educate them on what's possible working with us. We also have a lot of different types of customers that we serve the same product and have the ability to change wording and context to each audience easily.
We're also using ActiveCampaign to onboard our new customers. This has been the most amazing part of ActiveCampaign for us.
