We're using ActiveCampaign to communicate with our existing customers to inform them of updates and our monthly reports.
For soon-to-be customers we're using it to communicate value and educate them on what's possible working with us. We also have a lot of different types of customers that we serve the same product and have the ability to change wording and context to each audience easily.
