Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is used in the marketing department which has the function to generate and nurture leads to purchase. We also use it for leads that don't necessarily have to "purchase" something but simply agree to other business opportunities.
We were previously using Mailchimp but when they changed the subscription value, we moved here.
ActiveCampaign has great value.
I know we haven't fully gotten into its full function but so far, so good and its super simple to understand!
In the coming weeks, we will begin to bring on another team member who will work specifically on emails in which I see us utilizing the full capability of this amazing platform.

- Automations/email sequence is extremely easy to setup and has many functionalities
- It helps you come up with attention grabbing email subject line
- I would like to see more email templates.
- A positive impact on ROI! We nurtured our leads much easier and closed a few deals with the automations.
