Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use Active Campaign to send emails out regularly to my list. I’ve also set up email automations for funnels, as well as segregating lists depending on marketing efforts. It’s been great for selling products, keeping customers informed, and targeting the right customer with segregation. The email automations are brilliant and very easy to use.

- Loading and selecting images for email templates can take a little while.
- Some real stories of people using the product for medium and small size businesses.
- I would like to see how creative industries like music use Active Campaign.
- Sales on autopilot, which means I can concentrate on new ideas.
- Segregating lists has allowed for more targeted emails, which has Increased sales.
- It’s “neatened” up my list via tagging. I am able to email people based on how they joined our list.

I left Mail Chimp a few years ago because I was not able to segment lists or do email automations. However, I do miss the more creative options for email templates that are on Mail Chimp. Active Campaign, however, is much more robust in terms of reporting, sequences, automation, and tagging, and I knew as my business grew that I needed something that would grow with me. Active Campaign has been really great in terms of meeting the needs of my growing business.
