Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
Our organization has used ActiveCampaign for many functions. First and foremost, we use it to manage deals in our sales pipeline. Automation features make it easy for us to pass contact data from forms and events into our CRM. We also use it heavily in marketing, not only to record info from lead magnets, but also to run webinar events. For instance, we automatically send invites and post-webinar drip marketing using automation.

ActiveCampaign was a lot more affordable than Salesforce, and I didn't need all the features that Salesforce offered. Compared to both Salesforce and HubSpot, the automation features of ActiveCampaign was much stronger.
