Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

Using ActiveCampaign to stay in touch with our entire customer/client-base. It helps us stay in touch with them and affords us a very professional & smooth communication medium via which to do so. If we launch a new product or wish to keep tabs on how a recent rollout went, ActiveCampaign gives us a very quick & easy way to reach out.

  • A bit higher price point than competitors.
  • Drag & drop features within email composition can rarely be a bit clunky.

We used MailChimp previously, and ActiveCampaign just has a more professional look & feel to it that we feel is a substantial upgrade that is well worth a higher price point. The GUI just seems to be significantly more professional and seamless than MailChimp, and we feel that there's also a perception by our customers that AC is a super product.
ActiveCampaign provides our organization with a really tremendous communication method that helps us provide targeted correspondence to our customers. The level of professionalism does not go unnoticed by our valued clients who've expressed their appreciation of our newsletter that stands out from our competition. When you need to get the word out quickly about a new product, ActiveCampaign stands head & shoulders above the competition in our experience.
