Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use Active Campaign as my website auto-responder. I'm a solopreneur and Active Campaign utilizes active engagement to keep my database current and it makes it easy for website visitors to gain access to my free offers.

Pros

  • Extremely user-friendly. If I can use it...anyone can.
  • The dashboard on their website makes it easy to view information at a glance.
  • Never "breaks." Talk about reliable. Active Campaign exemplifies reliable.

Cons

  • Provide helpful tips on how to grow my email list.
  • Provide helpful tips on what types of "freebies" I should provide to website visitors.
  • Keep emails short and concise.
  • AC has only made a positive impact on my business.
  • AC is always seeking to improve their customers' experiences.
  • AC continually seeks to improve its infrastructure and make it more valuable to customers.
AC came as a recommendation from my website professional. I don't recall the former one he used but when he suggested that I used AC, I trusted his guidance and have never regretted the decision. He set it all up very easily and integrated my offers with AC's interface. Voila. Have never had a problem.

Since I only utilize ActiveCampaign as an auto-responder I can't speak to the other functions but I've been thrilled with how efficiently AC handles new inquiries when people click on my offers. I will put it on my "to-do" list to use some of the other AC functions that also seem very user-friendly.

ActiveCampaign Reliability

My web designer told me about Active Campaign and although I don't recall which platform I had before, I LOVE Active Campaign and its user friendliness. The transition was seamless and I've never had a problem with functionality or server failure.

Active Campaign provides so many features, and makes it easy for non-techies to maneuver around the site with ease. They capture information and put it in an easy-to-read format.

At this point, I don't think I'd ever use any other platform!
I haven't experienced application errors or unplanned outages at all. Active Campaign is ultra reliable and I would not be using them if that were the case. Also, the helpful emails they send are welcomed and informative, and present very practical tips and guidance for using the platform. They're always demonstrating new features and I'm thankful for that.
Oh my gosh, Active Campaign's performance gets an A+++ in my book. The pages load quickly and so do the reports. I haven't noticed any slowdowns when it's integrating with other programs and it performs excellently on all levels.
