Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We are currently using ActiveCampaign for email blasts and maintaining our email contact lists across the organization.

Cons

  • Dashboard can be overwhelming.
  • The amount of "sales" emails received as a customer is at a height.
  • Email template variety.
  • Quicker email newsletters.
  • More automated emails from our website.
  • Less time spent drafting.
Donorbox has a great platform for a free program - the cost of ActiveCampaign is worth the added features.

ActiveCampaign is great for email blasts, newsletters, and automations (think abandoned cart). I love the fact that each individual email only counts towards your total database once regardless of how many lists or groups the email is on. I would like to see a bit more flexibility in the email templates, and can often become frustrated trying to achieve the look I am going for.
