Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign to manage important communications with our clients. When a client signs up for one of our services ActiveCampaign appropriately tags the customer so we know what products or services are important to them and allows us to provide specific messaging based on their needs. This helps us stay organized and reduces the amount of unsubscribes.

- The campaign automation could be easier to use. It takes a lot of documentation review and experimentation to get it correct.
- ActiveCampaign has reduced our unsubscribe levels by more than 50%.
- ActiveCampaign has reduced the amount of time we spend communicating simple details multiple times to 100+ customers.
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
We have used Keap in the past and although it was a good product, we found ActiveCampaign to be much more suited to our type of company and our specific needs.
