I use ActiveCampaign all the time for delivering my lead magnet and onboarding my new members through regular newsletters. I also teach my clients how to use ActiveCampaign and email automation in general. I've integrated it with my registration forms or surveys as well as my website to create a better relationship with my customers.
- It provides fully customizable embedded sign up forms.
- It has a great automation tool.
- It integrates with every other tool that I use.
- The emails are fully customizable while still having the option to use templates.
- It does not work well with a phone, is really difficult to use, and some functions don't work at all.
- You need a pro subscription to access landing pages.
- Did not find an option to set up notifications if people are moving down in your automation, so sometimes you don't realize that you've made a mistake.
- It allowed me to build my email list that is exponentially growing.
- It saves me a lot of time and energy by allowing me to automate things.
- It allows me to add tags to contacts that came from a 3rd party integration and then later add people with that tag into an automation.
