Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use it for two companies as a CRM and email marketing automation. By far the best software to manage them. We've been using Mailchimp before and while it was a good starting point ActiveCampaign is way more powerful and ways to use. We communicate daily with our audience and make leads customers.

Active Campaign is much easier to use and every automation that we had to implement took at least half of the time with more control as Active Campaign shows a flowchart of the automation itself with all the conditions, while Mailchimp doesn't provide it if not on the higher tiers.

Any online business with customers that needs to be connected with the company. Active Campaign is great to communicate with them, it has a lot of templates and formatting options so the email can look like a newsletter or personal communication and tags in order to make each messager personal. Not good for astarting business without product-market fit because of the price.
