Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

Email is at the core of the company, so ActiveCampaign is essential in all aspects of the funnel. From basic autoresponders and broadcast emails to making sure people can interact with the company are elements that email is helping us. I’d say that everyone who is responsible for some part of the customer journey is using ActiveCampaign… which goes from marketing to customer support.

If someone needs an IDP and happens that they don’t have it when they are already abroad, IDA can step in and help. Plus, you get the chance to have it in less than 2 hours, which could take in some cases up to weeks.

  • Split test within automations

Cons

  • Seeing reports of individual reports being more “accessible”.
  • Better display of A/B winners
  • Optimize its use in mobile devices like tablets.
  • Increase average open rates by 10% thanks to segmentation and data analysis.
  • Track CTR and sales via their responses.
  • Improve deliverability —> increased sales by 2%

If you’re an established business or have some customers already flowing, then switching to ActiveCampaign will help you better organize things inside your business. From integrating email as the main channel to communicating with customers/prospects, it has all the features a company needs. Unfortunately, this is not for everyone. Maybe going with it from the very beginning or in the early stages of a business is not that possible… especially since there’s not a free version of it. However, once someone can make the change, the sooner the better.
