Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
The Marketing department is the only user of ActiveCampaign at our firm. We use it to create and send our two monthly newsletters to approximately 6,000 recipients. Additionally, we use it for campaigns to promote various firm events.
- Active Campaign's training and support are top notch.
- The interface is pretty intuitive and nicely organizes the robust toolset available.
- We are excited to see the addition of the Content Manager tool.
- For our use, the Content Manager Tool was really a big sticking point. Thankfully that has been resolved.
- It's enabled us to share our story and remain top of mind to our former and current clients. In our field, this is invaluable.
- We have seen some new cases come from someone who'd seen our newsletter!
Constant Contact is a solid product. I was not involved in the purchasing decision concerning ActiveCampaign. [ActiveCampaign] is, however, far more robust than Constant Contact.
