Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use Active Campaign as a way to build a relationship with our customers. In addition, we use it to follow up with visitors who abandoned their cart as well as signed up for our newsletter. While we don't use the full capabilities of the platform it has worked well in terms of helping us capture lost sales as well as utilizing it as a traffic source.

The fact that it has a API with our other platforms it's been seamless to get data transferred over from our various data points. We were not unhappy with Klaviyo but they abruptly kicked us off and didn't tell us why. For that reason, I will never use them. I do enjoy the fact I have the ability to talk to a real person with AC.

Its ability to get us into the inbox has been very helpful in allowing us to reach one of our main goals. That being to build a relationship with our current customers as well as prospects. The interface can be slow at times which is frustrating. The other area I wish it did better is the breakdown of data. Since we are an eCom business it would be very helpful to be able to splice the data in various ways (ie. lifetime value, aov, by a date range)
