Easy, Effective CRM (and more) that feels like a member of the team
Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is an integral feature in our client acquisition.
We use the Forms as a first point of capturing inquiry details. This then drops into automations appropriate to the client's journey they need to take.
We have a whole sequence of follow-up that is all managed via ActiveCampaign using event triggers and tags.
We find the system easy to use.

Pros
- Form integration on to website
- Email campaigns
- Automations
- Generally a place to keep track of a client and their actions
Cons
- Review - offer regular reviews to see how the system can be used better once someone is established with the basics
- More [how to] video training
- Keep educating the user of how to get the most out of the system (with video)
- Our "List" has grown from the 100's to the 1000's managing all those numbers is made easier with the different tags and lists
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
Before moving to ActiveCampaign I also enquired with infusion soft (now Keap) - I found them really pushy at the front end and that wasn't what I wanted. I needed the time to play a little with the system to see how easy it was to work for me.
We moved from a UK-based CRM system called Intouchcrm.
