Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is the backbone of our business for both Fulfillment, Sales, and Marketing. ActiveCampaign has helped us easily and quickly automate marketing emails for webinars and classes and lets our sales team and fulfillment team members view contacts and send out any notices. It is a great tool to centralize our business operations.

ActiveCampaign came in at a great price for our starting business and had a lot of similar features to larger CRM's that provide marketing automation. The simplicity of the Marketing automation for the price was one of the key reasons we went with ActiveCampaign and it meets our needs perfectly. Keap and Maropost are both great platforms but for the price tag ActiveCampaign had exactly what we needed.

ActiveCampaign is a great product for companies who are just getting started with a CRM or have a need for straightforward contact automation. E-Learning companies or coaching companies specifically could have a great experience with this CRM. It is not super complex, so I would not recommend it for larger companies that have a lot of requirements for detailed segmentation.
