Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

Easy to use, quick to implement, fast to integrate, [and] outstanding customer support. What else?
We use ActiveCampaign in our automation flows, send our [periodic newsletters], and even manage our sales pipeline.
My marketing team can use it to send the newsletter with restricted access, so I'm sure they [don't] make mistakes with automation or sales features.
I was coming from a bad experience with another automation software. I'm not a newbie, but it was hard to manage, even impossible to use for my employees. ActiveCamapign solved all my issues.
The migration team helped us import contacts, and [with] automation, even improving them [for smoother] flows.
The onboarding was excellent, and the 1-to-1 on-demand sessions are perfect for solving more personalized questions.
  • Perfect onboarding.
  • Helpful 1-to-1 sessions, [...] are perfect for solving more personalized questions.
  • Easy to set up automation, you have [the] most common template and use case, examples, and support.
  • Email sending, no problem of spam detection or bad delivery; everything is sweet and smooth.
  • I'd love to have more detailed reporting to understand how I can improve my flows to attract more people. Reports need to set up a lot of filters, and you can't save it as a template for your next time.
  • Integration with WordPress plugins like Elementor can go better. Sometimes the field mapping is complicated.
  • We have efficiently managed our newsletter flows.
  • We are monitoring our sales pipeline easily.
  • We are free to be creative with our flows for testing new marketing and lead generation opportunities.
  • SALESmanago CDP & Marketing Automation
SalesManago was a nightmare. No support, impossible to set up API or customizations, and difficult to create any automation. We even had problems with the billing!
In addition to that, it is far more expensive than ActiveCampaign. [The] ActiveCampaign team supported use quickly and allowed our company to start with them without any issues.

Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Slack, Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Zoom, StreamYard, Camtasia, Canva
ActiveCampaign is great for efficiently managing automation flows. You can drag and drop elements and make even more complex flows.
We are using the Plus version, and it is enough for us just by adding more contacts management. You can use full versions for more structured enterprises to have additional useful features like machine learning, sending options, and more.
ActiveCampaign is weak if you are looking for solid reporting features. You can't replace MixPanle with ActiveCampaign and track your contacts' behaviors.
