We utilized ActiveCampaign to help replace the current CRM platform we had been using. It allowed us to reach a larger customer base without interruption and seamlessly integrate our new files.
The tagging ability helped us keep better track of who was actively opening up our emails so we can create new marketing techniques to make sure we were able to attract them. It also made creating automated sequences even easier to maintain.

Compared to the previous system we were using, this is decades better. We were constantly getting bounce[d] back from emails and it blocked perfectly fine accounts or not delivering to [the] entire email databases. Switching to ActiveCampaign boosted our sales because we weren’t getting that same kickback and could reach a better customer base and tailor it.

It’s really great for someone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time having to learn the platform but can learn as you go. If you’re just going to use it for simple email sequences, I’d suggest something else. ActiveCampaign has so many opportunities to build and grow your business and provide insight.
