Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We utilized ActiveCampaign to help replace the current CRM platform we had been using. It allowed us to reach a larger customer base without interruption and seamlessly integrate our new files.
The tagging ability helped us keep better track of who was actively opening up our emails so we can create new marketing techniques to make sure we were able to attract them. It also made creating automated sequences even easier to maintain.
- Super easy to search for leads using the tags.

- In general, it’s a pretty easy and straightforward platform that isn’t too complicated but gets the job done.
- The email builder itself could use some changes and updates to make it a little easier.

Compared to the previous system we were using, this is decades better. We were constantly getting bounce[d] back from emails and it blocked perfectly fine accounts or not delivering to [the] entire email databases. Switching to ActiveCampaign boosted our sales because we weren’t getting that same kickback and could reach a better customer base and tailor it.
