I use ActiveCampaign to send out three e-newsletters to over 50,000 customers every week. I started working with them because of their attention and understanding with small-business leaders like myself. They are reliable, easy to use and quick to respond to issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

- The design could be more up to date
- Designing emails could be easier to use
- Being able to talk to someone would be great--not just emails and online chats.
