It has been very useful with a lot of information on employees - it has been giving a lot of details on how my employees are doing their jobs,
I did not find any cons for this software, as myself and all the managers in my company found it very simple and useful to use. It simplified the way our employee[s] do their jobs. I highly recommend this software.

- Tools used by employees.
- Reports on what employees are doing.
- Work being done by employees.
- Being able to transfer a license from one user to another without losing data.
- The time spend on projects.
- Live view of the user's work.
Allowed me to have more productivity from employees. Employee[s] who spend time on things not related to work, this feature gave us a lot of feedback on the work being done by many of our department, and what is being done by employees of our company, and how much time is being spend on work rather than other points.
