[ActivTrak] is used in some departments and on a case by case basis if we have concerns about user activity
- Working hours, we track users activity and calculate working hours
- Acts as a black box in case of concerns about user activity
- Alerts USB activity
- Shows what, when and how long users are using core applications
- Working hours is much better but actual logged on times would be helpful
- Sometime can be slow loading data
- We have been able to generate supporting evidence in a employment tribunal

We can easily see what is 'costing' the business time. We can identify lost time through cyber-slacking. We can also see where most time is spent and then plan efficiency
Logged on time vs working/productive time. We have been able to identify users who log in and don't actually do much. We have been able to train this habit out of people.
