Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak

[ActivTrak] is used in some departments and on a case by case basis if we have concerns about user activity
  • Working hours, we track users activity and calculate working hours
  • Acts as a black box in case of concerns about user activity
  • Alerts USB activity
  • Shows what, when and how long users are using core applications
  • Working hours is much better but actual logged on times would be helpful
  • Sometime can be slow loading data
  • We have been able to generate supporting evidence in a employment tribunal
  • We have been able to prove some users are not efficient
  • We have been able to identify outstanding workers and reward them

We can easily see what is 'costing' the business time. We can identify lost time through cyber-slacking. We can also see where most time is spent and then plan efficiency
Logged on time vs working/productive time. We have been able to identify users who log in and don't actually do much. We have been able to train this habit out of people.
We have used it to provide evidence of things done/not done. Screenshots allowed us to prove a fraud at point of sale
