Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
ActivTrak came in a time when remote work became used more frequently. I find this software as a positive upgrade to the relationship between me the employee and my company. It provides transparency and tracking for all of the work that I do for them and keeps me motivated to fulfill my obligations with the company. Since I rely on it heavily for my time keeping it is nice not to always be able to see what I was doing on previous days if I need to look at history. Now I don't have to worry about if my bosses think I am not doing my job as they can see that I have been consistently working when I am at home.

Cons
- In my experience, it doesn't track 100% correctly. I would say 95%. It only tracks when using the computer and sometimes is slightly under what was actual
- In my experience, I heard it tracks when using phone applications too but that is not the case.
- I can see that employees are more consistent in their working hours
- employees do feel like they are being watched.
- We have had some turnover in employees so not sure if it is related to tracking
- I love that they tell me exactly the times I took breaks and it mostly helps me with my time tracking
- It has helped me be more professional in my computer use and not to use my work computer for personal use.
- It has helped me stay on track to fulfill my time obligation
With the incredible amount of workload this business has to complete it has helped employees stay committed to their obligations even from when working from home. It has given the owners peace of mind knowing if their employees are working the hours they say they are working.
