Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We leverage Activtrak data to identify staffing capacity concerns, employee utilization, remote worker efficiency, and overall process innovation. We utilize it in a variety of ways and have seen the benefit of it within our organization.
Pros

Cons
- The Activtrak academy and information is great but can be overall. It would be helpful to get a one-pager at the beginning that gives a quick rundown of each item.
- Activtrak has more than paid for itself in the number of employees we’ve found who were stealing company money/time through job stacking.
- My favorite feature is the screen view. We’re able to leverage this for training opportunities as our subject matter experts can quickly identify issues in the way their team is utilizing desktops, applications, and over job setup.
Pretty much every insight provided is a tool or dataset that we didn’t have access to before. Particularly whether an employee has a healthy or unhealthy workload. This can be extremely hard to gauge using our typical platforms, and has made our staffing capacity conversations that much easier.
The burnout risk is huge in our industry. This data has helped us know when teams have been working too much OT, need more assistance, or could be given additional work.
It has helped us identify technology implementation, process implementation, and also highlighted when a team member isn’t following the appropriate workflow.
We haven’t used any.
