We use it more on an HR side to validate working hours on remote days rather than using it to optimize workflows. Our marketing team and revenue management team have the work from home options and we have other apps to structure their projects/workflows so ActivTrak is not one we lean on for that.

We can tell how often certain applications are used. In the past, we've invested in technology that we thought would really help our team and relied on feedback as to if it was being used. With ActivTrak, we can tell which users are actually using applications and how much they are using them. We can then determine how many licenses we really need to maintain.

We've seen the way people use the various software provided and streamlined it so that menial and repetitive tasks are automated - Without the insights provided, it would be difficult to understand how people are processing data without asking them directly, which can somtimes be difficult with so many users.

We have not spent much time analyzing our process workflows and resource utilization with the data that ActivTrak provides. This is definitely an area where we could gain more value from the system if we choose to do that in the future.
