I track productivity for all Remote employees for weekly reports to CEO. I list productivity times and times with no activity to compare to ADP click. I also look up all sites visited throughout the week.

It has helped by allowing us to compare clock in and out times in ADP. Some employees show more activity on ActivTrak then what clocked in ADP and helped us talk to the employees to make sure they are clocking all the hours they are working so they can get paid for their time or vice versa.
