Pros
- Identifying when individuals are on their machine.
- Tracks time and categorizes by passive/active.
- Ability to take screenshots and alerts.
Cons
- Notifications when a specific user is well below defined parameters.
- Allows us to continue our remote work environment with comfort.
- Ability to let folks know that they are being tracked.
- Holds everyone accountable.
- The alerts section - allows us to block certain sites without going through IT department with ease.
- Productivity section - allows us to ensure folks are accountable and working ONE remote job...

Ability to ensure that everyone is not only working, but they are actively on their machine. That is important in a remote work environment - I think it is common nowadays for people to try and have more than one remote job and this is a great tool for the employer to identify if that is the case.
Yes! The system also helps us track individuals who, may have, too much on their plate & it is easy to disseminate their work to others that may have capacity.. regardless if they are vocal about it or not.
It has helped us identify when new technology is implemented what the impact is and if it is positive or negative. Also, it allows us to see who may have a better process in each department and learn from the individuals who are being most successful in their roles.
