It synchronizes operations and finance within the organization in a seamless and meaningful way

Pros

  • Ease of use

Cons

  • I really need the customer/biz contact to be a many to many relationship. I have multiple buildings we work in that have one property manager running them. I have to create that person every time AND the CRM data doesnt transfer
  • Saved a ton of money moving from Salesforce
  • Saved a ton of expense management buy actually accounting correctly

I think its be used as a finance tool with APIs rather than being a suite of offerings. their Project management tool isnt very easy to use. I'd also like to see simpler triggered emails (transactional/operational) that I can manage. right now its a littler more complicated than it probably should be.

Moving off prem onto the cloud was a key decision for us
I would work to get buy-in from key stakeholders sooner in order to get Acumatica implemented sooner.
