We utilize Acumatica primarily for financial reporting, AP Automation (AvidXchange Integration) and cash reconciliations.

Pros

Cons

  • Point of Sale technology for Customers not utilizing the billing/receivables module
  • Automation of monthly bank reconcilitions
  • Acumatica is a cost-efficient ERP system that allows for scale and growth
  • Immediate user adoption based on ease of navigation and understanding of system

Acumatica is by far and away a superior ERP system from the typical out of the shelf GL softwares.
