Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We utilize Acumatica to handle our project budgets across many different departments. We have monthly review process that facilitates updating our projections in a trackable way with mapped approvals. We also utilize it with AcumatiScan to handle paperless AP processing. We use it all the standard ways an ERP is used to handle basic accounting functions.

Given our business it doesn't have any impact on our customer base. Salesforce is our other main system and that does impact users directly. That being said, we have been able to integrate the two in many ways using their API.
We are in construction/real estate and we use it to process our AP (we have essentially no AR) and manage project budgets on a very granular level. It allows us to effectively see what has been spent, committed, and then use that information to project our the anticipated future costs.
We selected Acumatica as it seemed far more flexible, which was key for our business as we're very inflexible. We also have a lot of companies and projects which would be costly to incorporate in Sage Intacct. Oracle was concerning given their reputation and we feared we wouldn't be able to adapt it to us.
