Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
It is our financial ERP package. We utilize a fairly complex system of routing of invoices for approvals and Acumatica handles that. We also use the fixed asset module. We do not utilize the P.O. module s it is not robust enough to manage our needs.

Acumatica VAR/Partner
We are a municipal public power company, therefore we are required to document approvals by authorized personnel. Acumatica manages the routing of approvals and maintains the documents.
We are required to have an external audit annually and the ease of use has allowed the auditors to view transactions and documents and does not require our staff to take the time to pull the documents or even accompany them to perform their audit work. The system is intuitive enough that the auditors require very little guidance from us, and we can set up their permissions as view only.

We transitioned from Dynamics SL to Acumatica in March of 2020. Acumatica met our needs, was less expensive and easier to use.
