Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
This software has helped us alleviate doing tasks two and three times. Previously, we used a lot of spreadsheets!! Our goal is to do everything possible inside the software to run our business. A one-stop shop for our company!
Pros
- Tracking who does what in the system. Not allowing data to be wiped from the system without a trail is essential to maintaining our system.
- The ability to see essential data at a glance.
- This enables us to export spreadsheets and PDFs easily.
Cons
- Out-of-the-box union reporting.
- Generic inquiry setup is confusing for novice users.
- The report writer tool is outside the platform and not very easy to use.
- Negative would be the growing pains with something new - not Acumatica specific.
- The positive would be finding new, innovative, and efficient ways of running our business.

We can communicate with our customers directly from the software, enabling us to get things to them quicker. We also have visibility on all customer activities within our team.
