Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I manage data and link systems to Acumatica. I use the import-by-scenario function to streamline the data addition process to the system. I also manage our vendors and assist with AP automation.

Pros

  • Import by scenario.
  • GI (general ledger)
  • Paperless environment.

Cons

  • 1099's complying with IRS cash guidelines.
  • Fixed Assets that are more forgiving.
  • Better help interaction.
  • Ease of use for non-accounting people.
  • Paperless system.
  • Quick response.

We can aggregate data and use tools like Velixo to create reports.
We are all sorts of things in one, and Acumatica handles them all.
