Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica is our ERP, or Everything, System; we do all our Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, and Financial Reporting within it. It's an excellent holistic product that replaced many disparate systems we used to use.

Pros

Cons

  • Has Room to grow and add all the features of older ERPs.
  • WMS could use some more built-in options.
  • CRM could be better integrated with the rest of the system.
  • Fewer systems to pay for and manage.
  • There are less physical servers to maintain.
  • Better visibility of sales trends and data enables the sales team to do their jobs more efficiently.

Much easier and faster to access customer data to serve them and answer their questions.
It meets all our needs, from manufacturing to warehouse to sales and customer service, shipping, purchasing, and billing.
Acumatica's sales process was much better than that of NetSuites. The NetAtWork team spent much more time with us and showed us how Acumatica really could do everything that we needed it to do, with examples using our data.
