I would have learned more about the WMS functions as they are not as robust as they should be and it is annoying to be told that most users who need a robust WMS end up using a third party integrator

I am not sure if we did or not
The times I have reached out for support hasn't been often but it hasn't been a great experience either. I can't speak for the rest of the team, I think overall support has been good, but my personal experience has been only ok.

- WMS AGAIN because it should be way better
Yes - It is bare bones compared to the desktop version and is difficult to do some tasks that should be common sense needed in the app - for instance, if I am in WMS and need to do some more advance inventory research, inventory moves, etc., you usually have to go back to the desktop instead of being able to handle it all from the app. Often it requires multiple screens to be open instead of being able to drill down into certain areas.
