Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica to assist with our software implementation using project accounting which helps keeps us on track. We also use it for CRM management and keeping opportunities in the forefront so we know what we are doing and needs to be done. The support module is helpful for when we have similar issues we can search and see what the solution was so we don't have to create the wheel, just modify it.

4-6 months
With the CRM module we are able to use tasks within the system instead of having to use another system and having to remember where everything is. It is all in one system so others in our organization can step in and see what issues have been in works and if someone needs to step in and take over, they don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Being specifically Accounting and support it is great for our needs. Having sit through some of these sessions and how much bigger Acumatica reaches other industries is amazing to see and how it can grow with each customer.

Using Acumatica
13 - We are a small consulting company but every one of us use it in some fashion. Accounting uses both core financials and project accounting modules. Our sales team uses the CRM functions with opportunities and quotes. While others on our team use the support features for our help tickets. We have an even smaller group that also implements Acumatica for others which uses Field Service, Construction, Manufacturing, Inventory Planning, and Production orders.
3 - Our team has to know a little bit of everything for each different customer base we have. We have a couple very strong in accounting, inventory, and manufacturing. We are always learning through our customers, the Acumatica learning portal, and the Acumatica community forum. We get to know our customers and their processes intimately so with our combined knowledge, can offer best in class solutions.
