Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Accounting. It makes it easy to process basic accounting functions.

  • Too many screens to look at simple things
  • Too many journal entries. Created one for every little thing, could be condensed
  • Project views are difficult to navigate. Things could be condensed for more ease of viewing and functionality
  • BETTER REPORTS AND EASIER TO NAVIGATE REPORTS
  • Helped manage our large volume of inventory better
  • Allowed us to manage and bill large shipments of inventory

Allowed us manage and bill very large projects. Helped us be more efficient in many areas. There is room for improvement but def had made many things easier.

If it works for you it may not work for everyone, every business is different. Also depends on what industry you are in. As a rep firm we have to use a lot of work around to adapt it to our business. The new features coming out are going help us work more smoothly.

YES, WE WOULD DO A LOT MORE RESEARCH AND NOT TRUST EVERYTHING OUR PARTNER SAID. MANY THINGS THEY TOLD US TRUNED OUT DO NOT WORK THE WAY WE ANTICIPATED.

Yes - TOO MANY TO LIST. STILL ON GOING. WE BASCIALLY WENT LIVE THEN TAILORED THE SYSTEM TO WORK HOW WE NEEDED.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - HOPE THAT YOUR PARTNER IS NOT BOUGHT OUT AND HAVE SEVERAL PERSONELLE CHANGES DURING YOUR IMPLEMENTATION. THIS WAS VERY CUMBERSOME AND WE HAD TO KEEP EXPLAINING THE SAME THE OVER AND OVER.
