We use it to process time and billing for third party administration services and actuarial services, as well as for invoice delivery and payment reconciliation.

  • More focus on professional services modules and use in the corporate space.
  • Further expansion of self service reporting, as well as scheduled reporting and aggregate data feeds to lake structures

  • Allows for faster AR reconciliation
Better invoicing practices and better tracking of aged AR

Acumatica has a wide use case in scenarios where inventory management or resource management are paramount. A persistent in and out flow of resources. In more stagnant operations, or more free form professional services engagements, it may not have much applicability.

Solid application, very customizable, and easy to support. Releases may not play nice with certain custom code and some partner vendors are less than apt at forward compatibility design. Very sturdy, open license structure allows for full use throughout org.
