Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are in the process of converting from Dynamics SL to Acumatica for our ERP. We are a multi-company fabrication and construction organization that also has a services org.

Pros

  • Similarity with Dynamics SL
  • Easily configurable to our needs

Cons

  • Improved web interface
  • Out of the box customer portals
  • Still TBD, but we are anticipating Acumatica will help tighten up our processes, accelerate AR, and deliver better expense management.

Still in implementation phase.
Still in implementation phase, but Acumatica will better suited to our particular needs vs. our current solution. We currently have a system that is fairly general in nature and outdated. Acumatica's purpose-specific modules and easy customization will bring our org up to modern capabilities and beyond.
Again, just seemed to be the closest to Dynamics SL while also providing customization capabilities and additional modules (Service) that we need.

Very tuned to needs of construction and services organizations. Should allow our business to tune accounting processes to our needs and to also go to the next level with report, dashboards, proactive alerting and AI.
