Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We currently use Acumatica for finance and accounting purposes, with the goal being to expand its use across the rest of the company over time.
Pros
- Report designer is easy to pick up for those with no experience
- Everything is where you expect it to be, very navigable
- The tool tips at every turn are very helpful and well thought out
Cons
- It's difficult to undo things in the system if you make an error
- We have seen negative ROI when it comes to Acumatica, but we now have more confidence in how our data is tracked and stored.
Other
It's made the ordering process smoother as well as financial statement generation easier.
I don't think Acumatica is a major player in the semiconductor industry however it does quite well for how cheap it is.
Acumatica ERP is the next step up from individual systems such as quickbooks for finance/accounting and Salesforce for CRM.

Yes - QuickBooks Online - we wanted to implement an ERP for future growth instead of continuing with separate systems for different things.

Pricing was a big factor, it's great value for the money compared to other solutions out there.
We'd probably opt for a different vendor/integrator.

I don't believe so - we haven't looked into it yet.
Acumatica's in-house implementation group constantly went above and beyond in our time working with them, can't say enough good things about them.
